My wife of three years is bi-polar type 1 and I my self am running out of ways to help her. At wits end basicaly.

I thought i had a prefect life with my family. In tell my husband was diagnosed with bipolar disorder. He always showed signs of it intel when completely went crazy one day. i am here on this site for information and support.I love my husband and want to help him and for the sake of my family.

I have been suffering from depression since the passing of my wife in 2004.I can no longer work and took easrly retirment.I am fine some days and too sick to cope on other days.I just started this website so i can try to help others.
